Loufest Festival Poster
The imaginary client requested an event poster featuring typographical elements. The poster was to be used for advertising and promoting the event.
My idea was to incorporate the St. Louis skyline and the arch so that viewers could immediately tell where the event is. The colors in this design represent the sunset, tying in with the idea that this event is from 11 AM to 11 PM. I also had the idea of creating a form behind the gold LouFest words, which is an abstract shape that has ripples or waves to convey sound which ties into music.
